QUALITY ASSURANCE
At Embreena, every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain transparency and fair business practices, we follow the policies outlined below.

NO RETURNS & NO CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final.
• Once an order (Prepaid or COD) is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
• Orders are processed immediately after confirmation, including inventory sourcing, packaging, and shipping arrangements.
Please place your order only if you are fully certain.

PREPAID ORDERS POLICY
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
• If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery, 100% of the paid amount will be treated as cancellation charges. No refund will be issued.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
• COD orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Refusing a COD order at the time of delivery results in losses including shipping, packaging, and inventory costs.
We use advanced RTO (Return to Origin) tracking systems. Repeated rejection of COD orders may negatively impact your RTO score and may result in COD restrictions for future orders.
Please place COD orders only if you are fully sure of accepting the parcel.

REPLACEMENT POLICY (NO REFUNDS)
We offer replacement only (no refunds) in rare cases where:
• The product is physically damaged during transit, OR
• A wrong item was shipped by mistake
REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
• A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the parcel in sealed condition before opening.
• The unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Once verified, the replacement product will be dispatched within 10–15 working days.

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
Claims will not be accepted if:
• No unboxing video is provided
• The video is shared after 24 hours of delivery
• The product is used or not in original packaging
